Our first visit to Bali was 20 years ago, and we immediately fell in love with the beauty of the island, as well as the warm and friendly Balinese people. 

But the island is suffering from over tourism, significant poverty and lack of universal access to good education.

We have chosen three of our favorite local charities, each with a distinct mission and excellent reputation for creating positive impact spanning community development, education and the environment.
