Kelapa is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or for packages stolen after delivery (e.g., from your doorstep). Customers are also responsible for any additional fees, customs duties, or taxes that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us!
If your Kelapa order arrived damaged, or if you received the wrong shirt or size, please contact us immediately at hi@kelapabrand.com. In these cases, where the mistake is ours, we will cover the costs and ensure you're satisfied as quickly as possible.
For all other returns, you will need to send the shirt back to us and cover the cost of return shipping.
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or store credit. However, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, had tags removed, been washed, or altered in any way. Please ensure the shirt remains in the same condition as when we sent it to you. Our packaging is reusable and designed to help minimize waste!
