Returns & Exchanges

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you're not satisfied with your Kelapa, it arrived damaged or wrong shirt / size was sent, please let us know hi@kelapabrand.com. ​

In the event of something being our mistake we will cover costs and make sure you are satisfied asap.​

For all other returns, you will need to send the shirt back to us and cover the cost of shipping. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, drop tag removed, washed or altered in any way. Please make sure it remains in the same condition as it was when we sent it to you. Our packaging is re-usable and designed to helpminimize any waste.​

Returns will be allowed within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or store credit. ​

Orders are typically processed in 2-3 business days. Once processed we cannot accept any changes. However, if you want to make a change after buying and get in touch with us as soon as possible. Please include:​

-Order number​

-Email address used for the purchase​

-Details of the change you would like to make​

Kelapa is committed to giving back to Bali. We are pledging 5% of each shirt sold to one of three charities. At the checkout, please select the charity of your choice, and we will do the rest.​

We have chosen three of our favourite local charities, each with a distinct mission and excellent reputation for creating positive impact spanning community development, education and the environment.​
